Dwarf Sunflower

Dwarf Sunflower is a shorter and stiffer stemmed variety that grows to an approximate height of three feet tall.



The seed heads are larger than those of a standard type, these are best cut down to enable birds to reach the seeds. Is frequently sown as part of a game mix or with kale. Sunflowers will attract a range of insects and wildlife if sown in April, flowers will appear in June. Flowering lasts 2-3 weeks.
